Why did you start this podcast and what do you love about it?
The two things I have incredible passion for are helping to develop people to their fullest potential…and Star Trek.
After a frustrating meeting, I decided I wanted meetings like Captain Kirk has, and that is the moment the Starfleet Leadership Academy was born. I love helping people understand leadership concepts in fun and relatable ways.
Who is your target audience?
Managers or people aspiring to leadership positions that want to better understand and apply leadership principles and want to learn them in fun and relatable ways.
What’s the number 1 thing listeners love about your podcast?
The integration of Star Trek into leadership principles and lessons.
