Describe your podcast in 2 or 3 sentences

Inclusive Collective is a conversation with and for those who seek to understand the complexities around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the business world. They share current news updates happening in the workplace as it relates to DEI.

Their invited guests, consisting of leaders, teams, and experts in various industries, will share their perspectives on how they strive to implement inclusive workplaces within the business world, cultures, and everyday interpersonal interactions.

Why did you start this podcast and what do you love about it?

We started Inclusive Collective as a way to highlight the innovative and meaningful ways in which leaders were making a tremendous impact on workplace culture to foster more diverse, inclusive, and equitable teams. We also wanted a platform to share our own learnings and expertise in using research, data, and strategy to transform workplace culture successfully.

We love the innovative mindset our guests collectively have in changing the workplace for the better. We also love that we can ‘ConverFlect’ (have conversations and reflect), rant and rave on things (oftentimes nefarious!), and have fun along the way!
