Untethered with Jen Liss is a podcast for high-achievers, recovering perfectionists, and pleasers who are ready to stop hitting burnout and start being more themselves. Together, we explore how to let go of the things that aren’t serving us so we can step into this next phase in a more aligned way.
Why did you start this podcast and what do you love about it?
I started it because I want to inspire people to take the time to get to know themselves and the magic they were born to create in the world. To help them see all the possibilities for themselves that will make them happier and more fulfilled!

The inspiration, silly realness, and willingness to talk about “weird” stuff!

1. Do it messy. 2. Keep having fun. When it’s not fun, find a way to make it more fun!
