I help podcasters increase their SEO, audience scope, and reach by creating clear, engaging transcripts that can be used to reach listeners that are hard of hearing, or simply prefer reading to listening.

They love the collaboration and communication I provide, and the high-quality professional results they get without having to babysit or proofread the final products. They love getting transcripts with fast turnarounds and high quality that make them look good.
What’s your best piece of advice for podcasters according to your expertise?
Transcripts aren’t just for compliance with the d/Deaf community anymore. There is a widening expectation amongst listeners and viewers for transcripts and closed captioning to be available at all times.
The number of folks that are turning on and leaving on closed captioning on their TVs is higher every day, and they are often looking for similar accommodations in their listening habits, too.
